On June 29, PLC Technology took part in the Smart EnergyNet Infrastructure — Future of the Russian Economy forum at the President Hotel. The forum was organized by Expert media holding together with PJSC Rosseti and the Expert Council of the Strategic Initiative Agency.

Deputies from the State Duma and employees from Expert media holding participated in the event, raising the issue of the need for cooperation for more efficient implementation of developed solutions in the EnergyNet field. Regional representatives, in turn, expressed their willingness to provide sites for implementing the projects related to EnergyNet.

Participants of the EnergyNet roadmap of the National Technological Initiative (NTI) answered questions from participants and focused on potential issues and prospects. The forum speakers emphasized the relevance of the forum agenda and addressed the current situation related to active consumers. Special focus was also given to top-priority issues that needed corrections. Meanwhile, employees of PJSC Rosseti presented a new type of consumer and the corresponding need to use new working principles. The forum participants were informed about the first sites to be opened in the Southern and Central Federal Districts. Other topics discussed included the export potential of technologies and equipment, as well as the activization of efforts to reduce network maintenance costs.

PLC Technology is active in its development and implementation of the EnergyNet smart infrastructure.
