The Digital Breakthrough contest results were announced on December 4 at the Electrical Networks International Forum 2019.
The contest was supported by Rosseti PJSC to facilitate the power grid digitization strategy and to search for new innovative technologies.
Rosseti also seeks to create an innovative environment within the industry to raise the investment attractiveness of the power grid complex.
PLC Technology won  the Best Digital Project nomination with their project named  Developing Efficient Digital Substation Architecture and Equipment for Its Construction.
It's also placed second in the High Social Impact category  with their project named  Developing a Key Power Grid Digitization Technology - Creating and Implementing Various Architecture Digital Substation (DSS) Technologies, and  NGO Digital Instrument Transformers.
