TOPAZ Metronome PTS Clock Synchronization Device

The TOPAZ Metronome PTS device is designed to form a time scale (TS) synchronized with the UTC (SU) TS using radio signals from GLONASS and GPS navigation systems, and to generate standard time signals for process equipment and communication network equipment.
The device can be used in automatic systems for commercial accounting of power consumption, automated process control systems, relay protection and automation systems , power quality metering systems, emergency event recording systems, and other systems where accurate time-frequency synchronization is required. The device has a large variety of modifications for communication ports to choose the best option for specific tasks.
