Performs remote signaling and remote control functions. The device performs remote control functions (remote signaling and remote measurement). It is designed to operate as a switchgear cell at distribution, connection, and transformer substations of electrical networks with voltage classes of 6 ÷ 20 kV.  as part of remote control of substations with voltage classes of 35 ÷ 750 kV. The electricity metering function is also implemented in the device.
